At Ever, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To respect both your time and ours, please review the following policies before booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may require a shortened service or rescheduling, depending on availability. If your appointment must be rescheduled due to a late arrival, a cancellation fee may apply.

No-Shows
Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price before booking future appointments.
